Hotel location was excellent, just off freeway. Staff was friendly, clean facility, breakfast bar had a variety of items to choose from and very good. Two drawbacks to this hotel though. When I requested a blanket I was informed they did not have blankets on the premise. Guess you have to just use the heat in the rooms. Secondly, the hot tub was lukewarm the whole stay. Poor service, and damaged rooms.

Though the location was convenient and the hotel looked nice, they checked us in 30 minutes past our reservation because they did not have any clean rooms at that time. Once we got to a room, we noticed the headboard was off the wall. They moved us to a different room, where the towel rack was off the wall and sitting on the sink. They sent a handyman to fix it, but the overall experience left us feeling less than superb. ...read more
